Trust & privacy | Rapport
Built to be on your people's side.
Rapport works for your company, but it's designed around a promise to every employee: nothing you share moves without your say. That promise is the architecture, not a policy.
Who sees what
Employees
Full control
- See everything about themselves
- Choose what's shared, always
- Private coaching stays private
- Snooze or opt out anytime
Managers
Support, not surveillance
- Shared check-ins only
- Coaching to support each person
- Team workload patterns
- Private coaching, or anything not shared
Leaders
Patterns, never people
- Aggregate trends by team
- Aggregated anonymous pulse results
- Culture and risk signals
- Any individual's answers
Two kinds of questions, clearly labeled
Named check-ins power personal support. Anonymous pulses give the organization honest signal. Every question tells you which it is before you answer, and anonymous means anonymous: results only ever appear in aggregate.
Named · goes to your support
Anonymous · aggregate only
"How's your workload this week?"
Ready for more
- Steady
- Stretched
- Need support
Data, AI, and security
Built to pass the review your security team should run.
AICPASOC 2Type II Independently audited
Never trains on your data What your people share is used to support them, never to build models for anyone else.
Encrypted everywhere Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with least-privilege access controls.
Enterprise sign-on SSO and SAML support, so access follows your identity provider, not another password.
Constrained AI Coaching runs on carefully bounded models focused only on workplace support.
Your data stays yours Never sold, never shared. Export or delete on request.
Review-ready SOC 2 Type II report and a security packet covering data handling, retention, and our AI approach, on request.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your organization's data and your employees' conversations are never used to train underlying AI models.
Where does coaching guidance come from?
From your company's own values, training, and expected behaviors, combined with research from the Columbia University Difficult Conversations Lab, delivered through carefully constrained AI focused only on workplace coaching.
Can IT and security review Rapport?
Yes, and they should. We support security reviews with documentation on data handling, retention, access controls, and our AI approach. Ask us for the security packet.
What can employees opt out of?
Anything. Check-ins can be snoozed, skipped, or turned off. Sharing is always a choice. Participation stays high because it's voluntary, not because it's required.
Bring your hardest questions.
We built Rapport to survive scrutiny from IT, legal, and the most skeptical person on your team.
